Trusting Self (Tuesday, Jan 12) — You’re getting signals all the time about what you need—but are you listening? This session will energetically support you as you anchor into yourself for more effective inner connection and help you gently detach from the demands of other.
Increasing Intuition (Tuesday, Jan 19) — Strengthening intuition is a fantastic way to move into the authority of self, especially as information and misinformation speeds through our news feeds, upending our balance. Check out this session to support and boost the knowledge we all possess.
Lessening Anxiety (Tuesday, Jan 26) – These times have everyone on edge. This session can help you let go of negative messages, listen to yourself more clearly, and process triggers more effectively.

Tuning the Chakras for Energy and Flow
Saturdays in January, 10:00-11:15am CT, $20 each

A BT favorite! Would you like to have more ease and vitality this January? Balancing the chakras can be one of the best ways to do this. Join me each Saturday morning this month as I balance the energy centers of the body together to create maximum synergy and cohesion, in a concert both grounded and expansive as we move into more light and electricity!

How to Register
1. Click on the chosen session button above. You will be taken to the Zoom registration form. After completing, Zoom will send you the link to the individual session itself. This link cannot be shared.
2. Arrive a few minutes prior to make sure the video link is working for you. Your mic/camera will be turned off during the session. I start at exactly one minute past the appointed time.
3. If you’re having trouble getting video, call in using one of the telephone numbers listed and enter the meeting number when prompted. The session is primarily an audio experience.
4. Listen while lying down or comfortably seated, with earbuds or through your computer speakers. (Remember: it’s not about the sound you are actually hearing electronically: it’s about the frequency that’s being tapped into and addressed.)
